All our products are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.

We only offer free replacement in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Printing error or quality issue

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos of the issue

After verification, we will initiate a replacement at no additional cost.

Important:

  • We do not arrange reverse pickups

  • Customers are not required to return the product in most cases

Requests without proper proof will not be accepted.
